Position Overview
Successful State Farm Insurance Agent located in New York City is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Marc Tedaldi, you will build and develop customer relationships to promote and service State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance. Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, providing documents, claim submissions, payments and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements
- Property & Casualty license is preferred or must be able to obtain
- Fluency in both English and Spanish Required
- At least 1 year of customer service or client-facing experience is required
- People Oriented
- Personable and Outgoing
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Organizational skills
- Proactive in problem solving
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Life & Health license is preferred, will eventually need to obtain

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
